We have two large scale projects underway. Participation in both projects is free and confidential.
- Child Phobia Project - An NIMH funded research and treatment project for children who have a specific phobia.
- Treatment of Oppositional Youth - An NIMH funded research and treatment project for children who are oppositional.
The Child Study Center (CSC) is a specialty research, service, and training facility devoted to the comprehensive assessment, treatment, prevention, and understanding of problems of childhood and adolescence.
The Center is affiliated with the Psychological Services Center and the Department of Psychology at Virginia Tech.
The CSC staff, which is comprised of faculty, staff, and graduate clinicians from the Clinical Psychology and Developmental and Biological Psychology training programs, represents diverse areas of expertise.
